I was a little nervous, as I have been known to have quite sensitive gums. I’ve tried different brands, scents and even types of toothpaste in the past and tend to just stick to the one I know. Even though I personally love those that are minty and will leave my mouth feeling fresh.

The first time in the morning, I put a little more on than needed. You really do only need a pea size amount, it foams up nicely and has a fresh peppermint scent. I did notice a little tingling of my lips and gums, but nothing major, plus I did already have quite chapped lips to start with, before using the toothpaste, so that was to be expected.

The second application was in the evening, I put on a more suitable amount of toothpaste and brushed with my manual toothbrush as usual. 

My teeth weren’t overly stained before but after using the Oral-B 3D White Clinical toothpaste, they certainly felt much fresher, smoother and I do feel they have slightly improved with general life staining and dullness. I hope that they continue to improve with the tougher places, where my teeth are a little more misaligned. 

I have also noticed that plaque build up has been pretty non-existent since using this though, which is a great bonus, if it doesn't stick to your teeth in the first place, it can stick around and stain them!

I would definitely recommend giving this a go, especially if you are a previous or current smoker, like your soft fizzy drinks or even fruit, as these can all have an impact on discolouring your teeth.
