Rabbit 101 - Poop

It is important to regularly check your rabbit's poops as they are a great indication of a rabbit's diet and health. Rabbits produce two types of poo, fecal pellets and cecotrophes. Rabbit fecal pellets - they should be rounded, uniform in size, dark brown to golden colour, no liquid and barely with any odour. These are mainly made up of undigested food, hay and grass, you're likely to see these in the wild and they are known as the 'regular' bunny poops.
